Аромат солодовый, сразу какая то немнго сладкая и уникальная нотка от солода, как будто немного жаренный с намеком на кофе. Само зерно на месте. Цвет полу темный, пенка средняя. Вкус приятный и питкий. Снова эта сладкая нотка, правда немного напоминает камни, как оно и делается. Немного сладкие нотки в послевкусие. Пиво питкое и приятное, хотя горчинка есть не к месту.

Can from De Bierkoning, Amsterdam. Bready grainy malt aroma with notes of hay, a hint of caramel, darkish bread. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and light bitter. Body is medium but feels nicely chewy. Good balance, great mouthfeel for the style. Underrated IMO.

Can from De Bierkoning, Amsterdam. Very wheaty with banana, spicy yeast, some dough, clove. Flavour is moderate sweet and slightly bitter with a hint of wheaty sourness. Medium body. Decent.

Bottle from BiervanEijk, Frederiksoord. Aroma is brown malt, caramel, toffee. Hint of chocolate and dried fruits. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium. Pleasant, loads of caramel malt.

Can from De Bierkoning, Amsterdam. Aroma is grainy malt with grassy noble hop, notes of straw and hay. Hint of herbal hop. Flavour is moderate bitter with a fairly dry finish. Medium body. Very nice. Same name and abv but this seems to be an unfiltered variant of the Pils.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Bit sweet and dull. Malty with a hint of caramel. Sweet flavour, low on bitterness. Medium body.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours clear gold with moderate sized white head, nice lacing. Aroma of sweet malts with cereal and bread notes, some grass, lemon and flora but a touch stale. Taste wise its a bit of a sweet malty mess but with a long herbal bitter note which does give it an interesting dimension. Medium bodied, chewy, soft to frothy carbonation. A bit mixed but nice mouthfeel and hoppiness for the style. [#3637 Rate / #83 German brewery]
