50 cL bottle. Pours slight cloudy with a fully diminished white head. Light grainy and citric fruity aroma. Grainy to malty base with a light citric fruity note giving a decent freshness. Ends light citric.

Bottle. Pours a dark ruby almost black color with a longlasting off-white head. Has a roasted malty bready aroma. Sweet bready and slightly roaste flavor with some hints of chocolate. Sweet roasted malty finish.

The bottle looks good. The beer also. Fine creamy foam. Smells and tastes a little bit like sweet white wine. A drinkable and good beer.

Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Clear golden, rich head. Fresh herbal, flowery perfumy aroma. Fairly light bodied with clean, crisp mouthfeel. Slender and pilsnerish with salty grassy bitterness that sets in early.

Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival. Pale golden, creamy head. Light banana aroma. Sweet with rounded mouthfeel. Solidly malty with a thin layer of esters and notes of lemon. Pretty decent hefeweizen.

Bottled. An almost black beer with just a faint red shine. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of roasted malt, nuts, and dusty hops. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of nuts and caramel, as well as lighter notes of roasted malt, and towards the end a dusty hop note, before a carbonated dry caramel finish sets in.

Süßer Antrunk, der schnell in geregelte Bahnen zurückfindet, sprich die Süße nimmt auf eine angenehme Intesität ab. Darunter ist ein herber Ton zu erkennen, der nie wirklich durchkommt, sich aber durchgehend abzeichnet. Dadrch wirkt das Getränk bodenständig, die angenehme Süße ist nicht aufdringlich, das Radler ist erfrischend. Hopfiger Antrunk. Dezent gehopft steht auf der Flasche, im Antrunk macht sich dies bereits bemerkbar. Das hopfige Aroma gefällt mir, es fehglt aber der nächste Schritt, statt der etwas säuerlichen Wässrigkeit wäre die eine würzige Note angebracht. Dieser Ton kommt erst im Nachgeschmack auf, dort aber sehr mild, zudem etwas getreidig. Test vom 21.6.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 12,10,10,8,11,10 - 9,95
