Pours slightly hazy medium golden/yellow color with a 2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Light spotty foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, melon, pear, lemon zest, orange peel, light pepper/pine, cracker, bread, light honey, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/earthy hops and moderate pale malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of big grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, melon, pear, lemon zest, orange peel, light pepper, pine, cracker, bread, light honey, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine/citrus peel/grassy/spicy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, melon, pear, lemon/orange peel, pepper, pine, cracker, bread, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/earthy hops and moderate pale malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Light-moderate dryness from lingering bitterness, increasing through the glass. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp/sticky/grainy, and lightly resinous balanced mouthfeel that is great. Slight rinds. Zero warming alcohol for 7.5%. Overall this is a very nice IPA. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/earthy hops and moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and easy to drink with the mellow bitterness/dryness. Nice hop vibrancy without being too malty. This claims to have all Mosaic hops. They don’t taste like them at all, but this was still very enjoyable all around.

Light-moderate herbal bitterness and yeast spiciness on the finish; slight tart/tangy wheat. Lingering notes of lemon, tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, pear, ginger, coriander, peppercorn, clove, wheat, cracker, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, citrus/tropical hops, spices, and light-moderate pale malt flavors; with a great malt/bitter/spiciness balance, and zero cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Medium-high carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, crisp, dry, and lightly creamy/grainy/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5.4%. Overall this is a very good hoppy witbier. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, citrus/tropical hops, spices, and light-moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink. The citrusy hops compliment the spices and yeast notes really well. A very enjoyable offering.

Overall this is a very nice American pale ale. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity hops and moderate bready malt flavors; very smooth and pretty crisp/refreshing to drink with the lighter body. Nicely juicy/vibrant on hops with balancing malts; without feeling too sweet or heavy. A very enjoyable offering.
