Draft: (Tap at Joe Willy’s....a local restaurant) I’m a little concerned about the previous reviews and my own take on this....I may need to call and ask if they added anything to this one at the pour....at any RATE, (pun intended)....on to my opinion: Clear, light gold with a small white head. Grain malt, lime , chile aroma. Taste is jalapeno juice, (watery) .....lime, barley malt. My dilemma is that my reactions are not even addressed by anyone else, however, that being said, this is what I felt, tasted, and smelled...not one chile reference by anyone else yet......so, I’ll let it stand until I investigate further.....odd....In addition to this annoying anomaly causing self-doubt, I feel compelled to also state that I didn’t care for this much.....at all....in fact, I didn’t even finish it (at 5$ for the pint)....and no one else at the table felt obliged to finish it off either.....not good.

Draft: Clear, "berry"-brown with a small off-white head. Dull berry and caramel malt aroma. Peppery, leafy caramel malt, melon-rind flavour. Starts off a bit weak, but gets better as it goes.. Light-feeling, a nice taste, overall.

tap - Pours orange with a lingering head that laces nicely. It has an aroma of citrus hops and malt. It’s bitter up front, of course, and also had kind of an odd flavor that made me think of oatmeal. It’s an okay beer but a bit off.

Draft. Black! Big beige head with good retention and solid lacing. Aroma of roasty chocolate and pine. Taste is bitter cocoa, burnt espresso, more pine. This is my kind of black IPA, thank you for brewing it.
