Draft: Black with a light tan head. Coffee, chocolate and celery aroma. Taste is chocolate malt.....spicy....and again, what reminds me of celery. I wouldn’t know Fenugreek from Jimmy the Greek.....but while it adds a decidedly unusual aspect, I liked it.

can - Pours gold with a two finger white head. It smells like corn and grainy malt. The flavor is sweet and malty and definitely has a creamed corn flavor. I was very skeptical that making this beer was a good idea given how bad most corn adjunct laden beers are, but they made this work. It’s not great but it has a good flavor and a nice medium body.

Can: Slightly hazy, amber-copper with a thick tan head. Caramel, a touch of cherry in the aroma. Taste is caramel malt.....again, a mild cherry/berry note. A slight bitter that I can only describe as "mineral"..... A bit of a let down from this brewery.

Can. Strong cardamom, coconut, chocolate malt, and hay aroma. Dark brown with large tan head. Sweet cardamom, toasted coconut, chocolate malt, and moderately bitter herbal hay flavor. Moderately strong spicy finish. Like the interaction between the cardamom and coconut, but would have like a more subdued cardamom presence.

This beer pours a hazy bronze color with a medium off-white head that dissipates steadily to a film. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of fruit, hops an malt. Medium body with flavors of caramel, earthy hops, fruit and a touch of diacetyl. The finish is mildly bitter with a grainy and fruity aftertaste. Just average overall.

Draft: Hazy yellow with a small white head. Lemon, grainy scent. Taste is slightly sour....lemon.....a little biscuit....but not really graham cracker-y.....a bit of basement funk. Ok, but doesn’t live up to it’s name.
