tap - Pours hazy copper with a small off-white head. It’s moderately bitter with some honey sweetness. Somehow the combination is rather weird, but it works. Pretty good. The high alcohol content is mostly buried in the flavor.

Draft. Floral butterscotch malt and grass aroma. Amber with moderate head. Sweet citrus, butterscotch and mildly bitter grass flavor. Unique - pretty tasty.

Draft. Milk chocolate malt and hay/wood ash aroma. Black with minimal head. Sweet creamy chocolate malt and mildly bitter ash flavor. Nice body. Very nice.

Draft: Clear, amber, with a light tan head. Toffee, honey, fruit aroma. Flavour is toffee malt, tangerine/blood orange, honey. Just a slight alcohol bitterness. Had on guest tap at Taxman....listed as an American Strong Ale, 11.0%.....I’d lean that way rather than as a DIPA..... Tasty......interesting blending with the mead properties....
