Draft: Pours black with red highlights and a small tan head. Bark, fruity wooden aroma. Taste is slightly smoky, caramel malt, peat... Slightly on the boozy side...just a bit rough.

Draft. Peaty orange caramel malt and alcohol aroma. Dark brown with moderate head. Sweet, lightly smoky butter toffee, light hay, and moderately bitter alcohol flavor. Surprisingly smooth.

tap at Summit City - It seems from the description that the ingredients will change frequently on this beer, so I’m not sure whether to make a new entry or not, but the Dorian I had was listed as a cranberry espresso stout with 6.6% abv. Pours near black with a light tan head and has a coffee and roast malt aroma. It’s medium to full bodied with a roast coffee and malt taste. I’m not really getting cranberries. Pretty good stout though.

Draft @ Summit City. Soapy orange hops and caramel malt aroma. Slightly hazed copper with a large off-white head, nice lacing. Soapy, herbal orange hops and buttery caramel malt flavor. Medium body, soft carbonation.

sampled at Mad Anthony’s Oktobeerfest - This amber brew with a lingering light tan head has a citrus hop aroma. The flavor has good, crisp, pine bitterness with caramel and a hint of citrus. It’s bubbly and medium bodied. Very good.

sampled at Mad Anthony’s Oktobeerfest - Pours hazy gold and has a yeasty, earthy aroma. The flavor is lightly bitter, earthy, a touch funky, and overall is an okay brew that’s a little thinner than I’d like.

Draft @ GPO @ JKs. Caramel/brown sugar malt and sweet cinnamon aroma. Brown with a small off-white head. Nutty caramel/brown sugar malt and slightly sweet cinnamon flavor. Medium body, soft carbonation. Nicely showcased cinnamon flavor without being too sweet or overpowering, and a completely different take on some of the fall/winter seasonal spice bombs.

Draft. Tangerine malt and light orange peel aroma. Golden yellow with small head. Lightly sweet orange malt and mildly bitter orange peel flavor. Light body. Pleasant.

Draft @ Indy Microbrewer’s Fest. Light fruity malt aroma. Hazy yellow with a small white head. Belgian yeast and earthy floral hops flavor. Body on the light side of medium, soft carbonation.
