This brew is a clear orange-gold color with a medium off-white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lacing. Aroma of citrus, malt and hops. Medium body with flavors of pithy citrus, grainy malt and earthy hops. The finish is moderately bitter with a short hoppy aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

tap - Pours black with a small tan head. It smells of roast malt and chocolate. The flavor is sweet with dark roast malt and chocolate. Full bodied with a boat load of malt, it’s reportedly 50 IBUs but I really can’t tell under all that malt. It’s quite good though for my favorite style it’s underwhelming.

Draft: Hazy, orange-yellow with a white head. Strawberry shortcake aroma. Sweet-tart strawberry, grain malt taste..... A nice creamy feel.... Not bad at all.

Draft: Nearly clear, gold, with an off-white, nitro-whipped head. Grapefruit, orange, grain malt scent. Flavour is creamy citrus, fruit, grains. Mild grassy bitter. Light, but nice... More APA-like than expected.

Draft: Black, with a small beige head. Chocolate, sugared-coffee aroma. Semi-sweet chocolate malt, cola, coffee flavour. Pretty mild...and pretty average..... Drinks much lighter than you’d expect.....OK, but no punch to it.

Draft: Rose’ coloured with a white head. Light cranberry juice and wheat aroma. Taste is the same....slightly watery and diluted feeling..... Just didn’t seem like much there, overall.

Draft: Clear, deep copper-brown with an off-white head. Caramel, cinnamon scent. Taste is sweet caramel malt, plum and fig....cinnamon...holiday spices. Rich, but not overdone. Pretty good.
