Pours clear, deep gold. The aroma is of caramel malt and citrusy hops. Flavor is moderately bitter with a good malt balance. It's medium bodied and overall a solid brew.

Pours clear gold. It smells of grainy malt. The flavor is sweet with grainy, bready malt and very mild hops bitterness. Light bodied. Easy drinking. I guess it's a little creamy. Okay.

Clear amber pour. The aroma is of toasted caramel malt. The flavor is sweet toasted malt with caramel. Mild hops. It's fairly robust. Tasty.

Near black pour with a small tan head. It smells of roast malt and chocolate. The flavor is of sweet malt with a nice roast character and chocolate. Creamy mouthfeel. Quite good.

tap at the brewpub in Carmel - Hazy pink pour with minimal head. It smells really tart and fruity. The flavor is of tart raspberry, still quite tart even with the syrup, with light malty sweetness. This is a tasty, light bodied brew.

tap at the brewpub in Carmel - Near black pour, tan head. The aroma is of roast malt and chocolate. The flavor is sweet and roasty with chocolate, malt, and some rye. Quite good.
