Sample at the Draft Room during Sunday Family Funday on 01/26/2020, and beer #100 from this brewery. Brown-black pour with a medium thick light beige head that diminishes gradually to a film. Small patches of lace. Aroma of malt, chocolate and coconut. Medium to full body with flavors of chocolate malt, toasted coconut and coffee. The finish is sweet with a salted chocolate and coconut aftertaste. Pretty good all around.

How many breweries are called seventh son today? Just asking, got to be stupid ass 5 or 6. Green can from vintage. Pour is slightly cloudy and has a big fat head. Smells like pine. I've been working with fresh wood lately and this stuff smell like fresh pine from lowes, no shit, especially after you cut it with a radial arm saw. Heheheh. This stuff is rude, nasty and un-enjoyable, its like any other straight up ass terribly on style IPA. What else can be said? Go figger. Long bitter mouth coating fricken stupid ass finish. Just like any other one in a godzillion on style IPA. So boring.

Listed as 8% on my vanilla brown can. Slight smoke on nose. Pour is darker amber with a creamy 1 inch head. Initial taste is stronger personality, yes the alky is coming thru. In the middle the beer comes across more like a strong ale than a smoked. After a while, the smoked sensation does begin to build in the back of the throat. Yes, finishes with a medicinal smoked lasting ending. Different for sure.

Can of hazy IPA but not muddy haze like NE IPA. Thin white head. Smells a little like dull floral hops, expecting a veggie taste. Very good co2 on the uptake initially makes it refreshing. Yes, some IPA attributes but this is more pleasant than most IPA, its more like a stronger APA and that's alright with me. In the middle, more IPA starts to seep thru. Yes, I'm really like the strong cutting co2 in this stuff, quite interesting take on a hopped brew. I bet if most IPA would carbonate at this level IPA would have more fans. If this is an IPA, its much better than the average IPA fer sher, JMHO. Besides, I'm an IPA hater, heheh.

Got this 3$ can from vintage estate. Pour is rather viscous. Big foaming head, too. Big bitter rude brew. Thick on the palate as well. Its so over the top, slight warming sensations on the way down, whew. Smell is volatile industrial hop candy. I'm telling you, this is one scary kick ass brew that will take you a while to recover from. I just got to stop buying IPA, its gonna ruin my taste buds. Nasty nagnificent. You gotta be a real man to like this stuff.
