Draft at the brewery, 1/20/23. Amber color, tan head. Caramel, toffee, bread. Bit of earthy and herbal malt as well. Solid stuff.

16 oz can from the brewery, 1/24/23. Pours a clear pale gold with a thick and foamy white head. Wheat and grains. The coriander and banana are present for sure. Pretty classic, though more on the grain / bread side of things. Just a hint tart on the close as well. Lively carbonation that tingles the tongue. Plenty drinkable, with lots of flavor for the low ABV. This is a nice example of the style.

16 oz can from Little Dog, 1/22/23. Pours a darker brown color, thin beige head. Roast and bread. Caramel and earth. Slightly sweet. Very clean, and very drinkable. Smooth. Tasty.

16 oz can from / Draft taster at the brewery, 1/20 & 1/22/23. Pours mostly clear, small, fizzy white head. Earth, dough, grass, and grains. Herbal. Some green apple notes and a touch of minerality.

22 ounce bottle. Translucent dark brown color.msmall creamy light tan head. Roasted malt nose hints at chocolate and coffee. Light roasted malt flavor has more chocolate and coffee. Creamy mouthfeel leads to a smooth easy drinking stout. Slightly dry and chewy in middle. Some rpasty malt and herbal hops in finish. Tasty.

At the brewery: pours dark brown with a light beige head. Aroma is chocolate and roasty malts. Taste is slightly sweet. Low bitterness. Perfectly drinking but not exciting.

At the source: pours black with a beige head. Aroma is dark chocolate, coffee, and minerals. Tate is minerals. Very dry. Nice light bitterness. Very pleasant.

At the source: pours amber with off white head. Aroma is butterscotch and caramel. Taste is sweet and butterscotch.

At the source: pours gold with a white head. Aroma is light citrus and bready. Taste is lightly bitter and kind of citrusy. Refreshing and easy to drink. Pretty nice.
