Taster at home courtesy of Sander, big thanks. black color, small coffee colored head. smells of chocolate, bit boozy, whisky, vanilla, toffee, light figs, light oxidation. nice to very nice smell. full body, light carbonation. tastes rather sweet, sherry, bit sticky, light soy sauce, some figs, some vanilla, very subtle booze. finishes light to medium sweet with notes of soy sauce, figs and some bitter chocolate. pretty nice one, a tad too sweet for me, also a tad too boozy and bit too much soy sauce, but overall very good one.

Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 07/01/21. Very light haze on a deep orange pour with a reddish hue, small white cap quickly dissipates. Nose is lime leaf, hint of ginger, hedgerow, spice, damp straw. Taste comprises tangy citric zest, lime cordial, grains, sweet and sour, prickly pear, light ginger. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a modest puckering edge and a good lick of salt. Decent Gose.
