Draft at Pies n Pints Fayetteville. Hazy dark amber color, thick beige head with good retention and solid lacing. Aroma of lighy toasted caramel. Taste is bittersweet, herbal, bready caramel. OK.

On tap at PNP Charleston. Hazy amber with red hues and medium off-white head. Aroma is caramel malt, medium body, medium/light carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is caramel malt, biscuits, floral hops, and slightly bitter finish. Pretty good for the style.

On tap at Black Sheep. Deep golden with small/medium white head. Aroma is grainy, medium body, low carbonation and little lacing. Taste is light bread, grainy, and alcohol. The alcohol is quite prevalent in this one, not one for me.

On tap at Black Sheep. Pours clear copper with medium/small off-white head. Aroma is caramel malt, medium body, medium/light carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is caramel malt, some bread. Enjoyable brew.

Growler courtesy of weihenweizen, thank you sir! Maroon brown color. Aroma of cocoa powder, light chalk. Taste is earthy, thin, unsweetened cocoa.

Grolwer from weihenweizen through Drake, thank you gentlemen! Crystal clear yellow color, fluffy white head. Nice aroma of fresh grass and meadow. Taste is bitter white pepper, very lager-like.

Drives at Pies & Pints Fayetteville, 8/16/14. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a medium sized creamy white head. Decent head retention. Aroma of citrus, tropical hops, a touch of pine, clean pale malt. The taste is bitter hops, resin, pine & tropical, pale malt. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, strong lingering bitterness.
