Bottle shared by Travlr at DC Pre-Thanksgiving tasting. Thanks! Gusher, boom, but only a little lost thankfully. Perhaps a bit too sparkling. This was actually not too bad, the carbonation provided a different mouthfeel than I’m normally used to with meads. Perhaps a little less carbonation would be better to avoid the volatility we got with the bottle.

Bottle. Cloudy very pale yellow color, coca cola head. Aroma is medicinal and herbal. Taste is wilted flowers.
