750ml bottle pours out crisp golden. Nose is nice sweet honey vanilla floral notes and some citrus. Taste is more of the nice sweet honey vanilla floral mix.

Bottle: Clear, VERY pale gold.....totally still. Honey and yellow apple aroma. Flavour is the same.....very sweet and sticky...almost creamy. The alcohol is there, but imparts absolutely no harshness, bitter, or dissonance. What I’m saying is: Be careful..you could get really nob’d on this one.....excellent.

Bottle: Pours clear, still, rosy-pink Honey, blueberry aroma. Taste is sweet, sticky, blueberry and honey. Hardly a hint of alcohol..... Wonderfully sweet and sticky.

Bottle (courtesy of Weihenweizen - thanks). Apple juice and honey aroma. Pale yellow. Very sweet honey and apple flavor. Light barnyard and pollen finish. Very tasty.

Bottle (courtesy of Weihenweizen - thanks). Blueberry, pollen, and honey aroma. Light bluish pink. Very sweet blueberry and honey flavor with a mild funky barnyard finish. Unique.

Bottle shared by Travlr at DC Pre-Thanksgiving tasting. Thanks! Poured a flat clear dark ruby red color. Aroma was light sweet berries - blackberries, obviously. Honey sweetness with some booze. Flavor was some boozy honey sweetness with a punch of lightly tart raspberries. Alcohol heat on the finish with this one.
