This pale ale is a bit underwhelming. Moderate hops bitterness. Earthy and a little citrusy. The malt profile is kind of bland though. Okay.

Pours amber brown with a one finger off white head. Smells of nuts and toasted caramel malt. Toasted caramel and nut flavor is malty with very mild hops. To me it drinks more like a brown ale than I expected, but whatever, it’s good.

29/9/2025. Can shared by SHIG, cheers! Good looking pour. Aroma is malted, toasted, molasses, dried fruits, bready, caramel, treacle and liquorice hints. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Medium body, quite smooth, average to soft carbonation. Earthy, malted chocolate finish. Liked this.

29/9/2025. Can shared by SHIG, cheers! Cloudy pour. Aroma picks up on all aspects very nicely, rosemary is quite prominent, with cranberry, orange, citrus, hint of coriander. Taste is moderately sour, light salt and bitters. Moderate body, average carbonation. Enjoyable.

Can: Poured a murky yellow with a white ring head. Aroma is very complex, fruity, cranberry, grain, salt, rosemary. Taste is tart cranberry, fruity, rosemary, finish is super salty and citrus sucks the life out of your palate.
