On tap at Fossil Cove, pours a deep dark amber brown with a tiny beige head. Aroma is full of acetone and balsamic vinegar, with enamel-destroying cherry vinegar. Flavour is no less stultifying, registering as balsamic vinegar, acidic cherries, and medicinal notes. This is really poor. Lambic? Not even close. How can you sell this?

On tap at Fossil Cove, pours a cloudy, murky orangey brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out subdued plums and murky earthiness. Flavour is very unpleasant, with tart plums, sourness, muddled earthiness, and some really off-putting yeasty character that totally ruins this. Jesus — this is messed up in some way. Undrinkable.

On tap at Fossil Cove, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out a nice green chilli character without seeming spicy. Flavour comes across as more herbal, not showcasing the green chillies all that well. Herbal and vegetal. Not very impressive.

On tap at Fossil Cove, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is not all that fragrant, with a touch of coffee and earthy hops. Flavour is ruined by diacetyl galore - the butter is all-encompassing on this one. Gross.

On tap at Fossil Cove, pours a deep dark brown / near-black with a small beige head. Aroma is pretty subdued, with soft oats and not much else. Flavour is dry, with hearty oats and a touch of powdery dry cocoa. Dry and drinkable. Good stuff.

On tap at Fossil Cove, pours a clear brownish red with a small beige head. Aroma brings out caramel malt, bready notes and a touch of red fruits - smells heftier than a typical brown. Flavour is malty, with red fruits, dry caramel and bready malt. Manages to stay dry despite being malty and having above-average body for a brown. Good for the style.

On tap at Fossil Cove, pours a clear golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out resinous and piney hops, resinous notes, light spiciness, and bready malt. Flavour is balanced well, with resinous and piney hops, some bready notes, and toasted caramel. Balanced well between malt and hops, and still packs a hop punch. Decent.
