Established in 2012, we call Fayetteville, AR home and make it our mission to provide quality craft beer to Arkansas and the Ozarks. Named after a favorite fossil laden cove on the shores of Beaver Lake (the brewery’s water source), love our corner of the world and everything it offers. Crowler, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light wheaty notes and a touch of citrus. Flavour is wheaty and astringent, with bitter hops, wheat and metallic astringency on the finish. Not very pleasant but not a disaster. Meh.

Crowler, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out biscuity malt and light candied sugar. Flavour is along the same lines, with phenols, Belgian yeast and candied sugar. Not too bad for a North American tripel, but still a touch sweet. Okay.

Crowler thanks to Eugene. Pours a hazy gold with small white head. The aroma is strong wheat, grass, pepper. Medium mouth, similar flavors to nose, light bitterness.

32oz crowler. Thanks to a president. This beer is early better than these losers know. Its not too sweet very herbally, Belgian biscuit, sweet white bread. For US tripels its not sweet and herbally. A little dry in the rnd, malt bitter finish. Fuck these guys, I like it.

Growler courtesy of jackl. Thanks! Opened 8/12/14. Pours a clear copper color with not much of a head but this may not have been completely sealed so I’m giving it the benefit of the doubt. Aroma of citrus, earthy, candied lemon hops, caramel malt. The taste is caramel malt, citrus hops, more of that candied lemon and a green, leafy finish. Medium bodied, low carbonation (again, benefit of the doubt) and good balance. Solid beer. .
