Tap at the brewery. Pours dark brown with orange glints and a tan head. Aroma of chocolate and malt. Flavor is chocolate and dark malt, and maybe a touch of vanilla. Finishes just a short way off dry. Nice dunkel.

Bottle from the brewery shop. Aroma is smoke. Med body. Flavor is smoke and dark malt. It’s not super strong smoke, but it’s smoky. IMHO it will stand up to the higher rated German Rauch beers. Nice dunkel under the smoke.

Bottle from the brewery shop. Pours gold with a white head. Aroma is a little herb hop. Near med body. Flavor is decent herb/noble hop with supporting light malt. Meaning not much support. Bitter enough to render it acceptable.

Bottle from the brewery shop. Pours gold with a slight white head. Aroma is pale malt with a little, very little, noble hop. Flavor is like a extra malty kolsch. Still, it has enough bitter to keep it from being untasty.

Gyenge, teljesen elüt az igazi prágai dunkles-től, mintha csak színezték volna.

Bottle, 0.50l. Cloudy dark brown color with thin creamy tan-like head and nice lacing. Aroma of caramel, roasted malt, coffee, chocolate and herbal hops. Taste starts with moderate sweet caramel and toffee, follows by gently roasted malt, coffee and grainy sourness, while finish is pleasant bitter. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Very well balanced and tasty...

Bottled (backlog, thanks Kim N!). Golden colour, mediumsized creamy white head, which lasts for a good while and leaves lace. Aroma is sweet malts, with some mild mashlike sweetness, some slight grains and a bunch of grassiness. Flavour is sweet malts, grass, some herbs and mild toffeeish notes. As it warmed up also some metallic notes got evident.
