This is the unfiltered version of the 12° Eggenberg. It is only available on tap directly at the brewery. To my opinion served slightly too cold, but very tasty anyway. Looks great, medium sized head and slightly hazy. Quite hoppy and dry, only slightly malty. Dry finish.

Bottle from Cesky Krumlov. Very full flavour, quite malty, typical for Czech 12° lagers.

very dark, slightly red colour, large light-brown-coloured head. Flavours of roasted malt dominate the beer, very roasty indeed. There is an interesting flavour of wild berries in it. Malty finish.

Look alright but tastes very thin indeed, slightly sour. Neither malty nor hoppy. Perhaps something was wrong with my bottle.

bitter-weet, the flavours are not bad for a desítka, although it is a bit watery. Still a good 10° beer.

(bottle, thanks to pivnizub) Dark brown colour with a ruby shine and a mid-sized beige foamy head. Dusty and sweet dark malty, toasted aroma, a bit sugary with notes of toffee and mocha, accompanied with dried fruits. More bitter than sweet, slightly sugary flavour, light to medium bodied, soft mouthfeel. Toasty and slightly roast-malty taste with sugar and caramel; dryish, malty and quite bitter finish. Tasty and likeable.

330ml bottle. Clear golden with a small lasting head. Fresh aroma of light hops. Medium palate. Some honey sweet flavour. Dry ending. A well balanced light lager that went very well with arctic shrimps (30.04.2006).

Wheat aroma like a hefeweizen. Gold and a quickly fading head. Flavor is sweet and this beer is very smooth. Simple overall but delivering on the palate.
