Smell of dried fruit, some hops. Hazy cognac colour, beige head. Aroma of hops, resin, dried fruit, some citrus and malt in finish. Lively soft carbon. Medium bitter, lightly sweet. Good stuff.

As "Gotter Weisse". Smell of clove, wheat, banana. Cloudy dark yellow colour, white head. Aroma of clove, wheat, weizen yeast, some raw banana and random spices. Soft plentiful carbon. Medium sweet, lightly sour.

13/5/2026. Draft at Brothers' PUB, Chișinău. Pours okay, a bit murky. Aroma is musty, tropical, chalky, soapy, resin. Medium sweetness and bitterness. Pungent bitterness to finish. A little unrefined but okay.

13/5/2026. Draft at Brothers' PUB, Chișinău. Decent pour. Aroma is chocolate, caramel, coffee, dark malts, roasted, chicory. Nicely balanced sweetness and roasted bitterness. Good for style.
