Draft at PreFunk-Nampa. Pleasant surprise. Near black pour, small soft head leaves curtains of lacing. Big roast grain aroma gets more prominent in taste. Huge bitter bite, but roast malts carry it well.

On tap at brewery.Pours a muddy brown, with minimal head. Robust malt profile readily apparent in both aroma and taste. Nice flavor of malt, peat and wood, heavier, chewy mouthfeel. Really nice scotch ale.
