Has quite the dull colour. Light brett on the nose. On the palate, more on the pluot and wood. Decent tannins. Lots of juicy acidity. Feels slightly thin in terms of the base body.

Poured from 500mL bottle (bottled April 2023). Hazy pale orangey yellow with minimal white head. Plum and mild apricot tartness over saison yeast, decent sipper.

750ml bottle, 2024 version, many thanks to Taboada. Shared at a session with Synny, Lunde and Finn. Hazy golden body, dotted spots on the glassware from a film-type layer. Quite prominent aromas of farmyard and ripe fruits. Mid-dry taste of yeasty fruitiness, saison fruits and brett. Quite long aftertaste with a drying bitter touch. Pretty decent. (Vervet, Tromsø, 05.06.2025).

Can from Tavour. Pours translucent gold with a moderate white head. Aroma of melon and citrus. Med body. It's dry and definitely bitter. Flavor is pale malt almost lost in supporting melon, citrus, resin, pine. Very clean. Very good flavor.
