Draft at Pensacola airport. Copper orange and frothy head. Nose is caramel and grapefruit. Tastes of pith, tangerines, caramel, bubble gum. Refreshing and easy to drink.

From tap at Pensacola Bay Brewery, Pensacola. Sweet and lactic with dark malt, some roast, tobacco, caramel, and milk chocolate. Quite sweet, medium body. An okay Imperial Porter that slightly disappoints.

From tap at Pensacola Bay Brewery, Pensacola. Fruity aroma with ripe-ish citrus, tangerine, curaçao, malt, grapefruit, light floral. Bittersweetish flavour, light pine, nice sweet citrus Pale.

From tap at Pensacola Bay Brewery, Pensacola. Quite resinous aroma with candied spiced orange, malt, caramel, pine, grapefruit, light alcohol. Rather bittersweet, sticky, a little above medium. Okay but unremarkable IIPA, only mild fruity with mostly malt and caramel, lacks fruity counterbalance.

From tap at Pensacola Bay Brewery, Pensacola. As "Imperial Stout". Bit leathery with roasted malt, chocolate, chalk, and some coffee. Medium sweet with a roasty bitterness. Body is above medium. Decent Stout with some leathery weirdness in the aroma.

From tap at Pensacola Bay Brewery, Pensacola. Piney and malty aroma with caramel, floral-ish hops, grapefruit, candied orange. Pretty sweet and bitter. Body is medium. Decent, pretty malt and pine forward, lacks some fresh fruits.

From tap at Pensacola Bay Brewery, Pensacola. Aroma is basic with grainy malt, wheat and a hint of citrussy fruit. Flavour is fairly sweet, body light to medium. Not very exciting, lacks freshness.

From tap at Pensacola Bay Brewery, Pensacola. Wheaty aroma with sweetish raspberries and bready notes. Light tart, fairly sweet, light body. Lacks Berliner sourness.

From tap at Pensacola Bay Brewery, Pensacola. Roasty aroma with coffee, dark chocolate, notes of dried fruits, chocolate brownie. Medium sweet with a decent roasty bitterness. Body is medium. Quality Stout! Best beer out of the eight I had at the brewery.

On tap at Pensacola Bay, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma has some vegetal notes, moderate roast, and light earthiness. Flavour is rich, with tons of roasted malt, light herbal coffee, minor vegetal notes, and some dark sugars. Smooth, silky body. There's something slightly off about this I can't quite put my finger on, but I learned to somewhat enjoy it by the end of my pour. Decent but seems to need tweaking.
