Tap source. Big & black with a creamy head. Was expecting a rolling show on the pour but there was none.Smells like a good stout, roasty and burnt & shit. Taste is appreciative in the beginning. Gentle, but wished I had some bubbly co2 in there. Yes, mellow stout attributes come thru during the session. OK overall, decent brew.

Tap source, reddish color not much nose. Very little co2 on uptake. A little bitter. Some saison attributes, not many. Not bad overall.

Tap source. Smoothing and easy. Not much bitterness if any and I like that. Actually gets a little fruity in the middle. Good example of a fresh domestic wit-hefe. Does not really have many real hefe attributes, clove, bubblegum and banana, but this stuff is pretty good. I'd say its more like a witbier. Not bad at all, quite nice actually.

Tap source, as pictured. Sweet near cloying volatile nose. Darker, slight haze. Initially strong and difficult like most wine style beers. In the middle it starts to almost have a civilized attitude about. In the end, its much better than yer typical domestic barley wine, almost enjoyed it. It almost has an aged feel to it.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a murky yellow-gold color with a small orange-white head that faded quickly and left no lacing. The aroma was bitter grapefruit juice. The flavor was bitter and tangy with grapefruit juice and orange. Medium length finish. Moderately full bodied and smooth.

Reviewed from notes.
The appearance was a dark amber close to brown color with just a cap of a little white foamy head, slid off into oblivion leaving barely any lace.
The aroma had some brown sugar, maple sweetness, milk chocolate, dark chocolate, and a little bit of earthy/grassy hops.
The flavor was sweet all of the way through. Aftertaste was sweet. Finish was sweet.
The palate was between light and medium bodied with a good sessionability about it. Carbonation felt fine. ABV felt fine.
Overall, super sweet porter, acceptable somewhat, but I’m wondering if too much maple syrup was used in this.

Reviewed from notes.
The appearance was a brown color with a small white foamy head that cleared off at a gentle pace. Sly lace.
The aroma had some soft sweet nuts, light milk chocolate, earthiness, some citrus, woodiness and a touch of raisins.
The flavor leaned into the nuts and chocolate at first and developed more of the earthiness as it warmed. Aftertaste was slightly sweet through the nuts and chocolate. Finish was quick, mainly sweet.
The feel was just a touch under medium bodied, pretty good sessionability about it. Carbonation felt fine. ABV felt good.
Overall, the more I sipped this one, the more I thought that citrusy portion was different, but couldn’t place my finger on it at the time. Still, I’d have again if I could get it.

Bottle to mug, the appearance was a semi-dark amber to brown color with a small white foamy head that slid off fairly nice. Stringy sliding lace.
The aroma had some walnut sweet and roastiness, some leather, subtle milk chocolate, driftwood, cedar, coffee beans and some earthy hops.
The flavor yielded to the walnut roastiness at first and lightened up with the sweetness from the chocolate and nut sweetness. Slight aftertaste of the walnut, and earthiness. Semi-dry finish.
The palate was between light and medium bodied with a good sessionability about it. Carbonation felt good. ABV felt good.
Overall, pretty good brown worthy of coming back to.
