Trockener, dafür hefig-bananiger Antrunk, sehr wenig herb. Erstaunlich hopfig, gleichzeitig nur wenig bitter; passend. Herb-banangier unt noch immer hopfiger Abgang. Geleungenes Weizen! 11/9/8/9//9

Swing-top 1 liter bottle. Sweet banana, lemon, clove, and wheat malt aroma - very nice. Cloudy pale yellow with giant white, fluffy head. Slightly sweet lemon peel, coriander/clove and wheat malt flavor. Nice body. A very good beer - however way more like a Belgian witbier than a Hefeweizen.

Tap. Sweet buttery toffee malt aroma. Cloudy amber color with moderate head. Mildly sweet creamy toffee malt and moderately bitter grassy hops flavor. One of the best Märzens I’ve ever had.

Tap. Very strong slightly sour/earthy barley malt aroma. Hazy pale yellow color with moderate head. Barley malt and sour milk flavor with a moderate grass hops finish. Really like how the barley comes out in this beer.

Draught at the brewpub; Stammwürze 12,5%
Cloudy blond color; big head. It’s a quite good Hefeweizen, with a light malt flavor, some wheat and a distinctive spicy character; also the bitterness level is fine. The final is dry but with some malt.

Draught at the brewpub; Stammwürze 12,5%
Cloudy amber color; creamy beige head. It has some caramel aroma. It has also a quite regular caramel flavor; maybe it shows a lightly better hopping than the average. Pleasant.

Draught at the brewpub
Black color; creamy beige head. Coffee aroma. Luckily the body is a bit round, to contrast the roasted malt that is the only flavor here. Reasonably well made, but I’m not a fan of the roasted malt…
