No date on the bottle.

It pours very dark brown with reddish highlights, with an inch of tannish foam.

It smells of roasted malt, chocolate, hints of coffee. There's some sweet notes along with the roasted malt that could be from the chocolate.

Nice roasted malt flavours, chocolate, bit of coffee, some sweet notes but overall, it has a solid bitterness.

Aa the beer warms, the flavours become more bold, pretty impressive for only 5.5% abv.

The mouthfeel just creeps into medium territory.

I've always enjoyed this in the distant past, I'm glad that I can again.

Aroma malt, eple. Utseende klar gylden med lett hvitt skum. Smak malt, eple, karamell. En grei Carlsberg med medium fyldighet og lett og fin bitterhet. Smakt Nov -17

Paltorsken 101020. Golden color with a white head. Aroma is grain, fruit, malt. Flavor is grain, fruit, malt , sugar, bread. Boring beer.

33cl bottle from E.Leclerc Pierry supermarket in France. F: medium, white, good retention. C: deep gold, hazy. A: rich malty, bready, floral spicy hoppy. T: medium malty base, bready, spicy, nice hoppy, bit caramel, medium carbonation, quite nice, partially enjoyed.

Burk från matbutiken. Enkel och klar klassiker, är ju törstsläckande vid sitt rätta tillfälle.
