Can 500ml. @ [ (pre-Christmas tasting ) by chriso - London ]. [ As Pirinsko Radler ].Unclear matt light yellow color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy lime, sugary lime - grapefruit, zest notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, lime, grapefruit, sugary, artificial. But very refreshing and nice as a soda or juice. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20141207]

Bottle brought home by my daughter from Bansko, Bulgaria. Pous a pale straw colour with a moderate off-white head. Aroma of grass, straw and hint of caramel. Light bitterness, light body, average carbonation. Not too bad considering.

Bottle shared at chriso’s winter tasting 7/12/2014. Clouded greeny yellow coloured pour with a thin scummy white head. Aroma is really fresh zesty lemon, spicy, semi sweet, clouded lemonade. Flavour is composed of clouded lemonade, fresh lemon rind, no beer whatsoever. Palate is sweet with highish carbonation. A could drink this a lot.
