Tap @Social Kitchen - backlog. Pours clear pale golden, medium white head, dissipates fairly quickly, decent lacing. Aroma is light overall with notes of melon, citrus, guava and papaya. Flavor is light plus sweet and light plus bitter. Medium body, a bit watery, which seems to be a bit of a Social Kitchen hallmark. Actually kind of a shit body for a 10% beer.

Tap @Social Kitchen - backlog. Pours lightly hazy copper, medium beige head, dissipates fairly slowly, good lacing. Aroma is definitely ginger, roast malt, dark bread. Flavor is medium sweet with minimal bitterness, light ginger but fairly spiced overall. Not getting much contribution from the "danky hops" in this one. Light body, watery mouthfeel. Meh.

Tap @ Social Kitchen - backlog. Pours clear golden, large off white creamy head, dissipates fairly slowly, great lacing. Aroma is tropical citrus, guava, passsionfruit, hints of potty dankness. Flavor is very light sweet, light bitter, tropical citrus. Light body. This is a solid beer that would benefit from a bit more substance in the body. It comes off as s bit watery at the moment, which is odd for a 7+% beer.

On tap at The Cooler. It pours a pale yellow color with a large, frothy white head. The aroma is resinous and green with oily hops. Some flowers, grass, melon and citrus. Nice baked white bread backbone. The flavor has citrus, grass, lime and a strong bready backbone. Oily mouth feel with lower than normal carbonation. Interesting stuff.

On draft at Tap 25. It pours a clear yellow gold color with an off white head. The aroma is grassy an spicy with some dank and tropical fruit. Not super potent. The flavor is stronger with melon up front with some grass and lemon/lime. Fruity passion fruit with hints of earthy bitterness. Light mouthfeel, but a decent amount of dextrins give it some substance. Good.

On draft at Tap 25. It pours an orange color with a lasting, foamy white head. The aroma is stone fruit, grapefruit and bready malt. The flavor has some honey drizzled orange, and some lightly toasted maltiness. A little spice and dank in the finish. Full bodied and oily/creamy on the palate. Fruity mango notes and read. The alcohol is noticeable but not oppressive. Not as tropical as I was expecting, but still very well done and tasty.

[2/2/16] Draught at Black Sands Brewery in San Francisco. Straw color. Grainy aroma, faint grassy hops. Sweetish grainy flavor with a bit of bread, and mildly bitterish grassy hops. Light-bodied.

[2/2/16] Draught at Barrel Head Brewhouse in San Francisco. Deep golden. Fruity hops aroma, slightly oniony. Flavor has some sweet malt, a bit of caramel, bitter fruity hops, and a bit of alcohol. Medium-bodied. Oily.
