Bottle. It pours an unclear, golden-orange body under a cream, off-white head of moderate size. The aroma is a bit weak, with banana and caramel maltyness, and quite a lot of bubble gum. Some citrusy hints and cloves. A bit sweet and bubble gum-ish on the palate, with artificial banana, citrus notes and a clove hint. Medium body. A decent weissbier, nothing more. 130119

Bottle @ Odense Smagning, 1st Gathering Janaur 2013. Pours cloudy orange with a egg white head. Yeasty and sulphorish nose. Flavor is paper and wheat and paper. Thin and dusty.

A hazed amber weizen with a thin off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with chalky notes, bananas, musty powder, a bit oxidized. In mouth, a sweet maderized malt with light fruity notes, oxidized, light bodied, disappointing. Bottle from El Corte Ingles, tasted Dec 27 2012.

On tap at Holborn Whippet. cloudy orange gold colour lasting thick near white head. wheaty cerealy aroma. banana led weisse beer. vague ish hop on finish. lots of fresh liquidised banana flavour. Fullish in mouth. but way too bananaery and lacks a bit of authenticity and character. ok ish even though i have a soft spot for german weisse beers

Smells yeasty. Pours surprisingly dark for style. Cloudy amber with good lacing and medium carbonation. Aroma has some fruit to it - peach and pear in light tones. A little salty and sour in taste. Pretty dry leave, medium palate. Bottle.
