Bottle. Vault City online shop. Gloopy vivid orange. Fine white head. Nose has tinned peaches and cream. Soggy nectarine. And that’s about it, but to be honest that’s all you need. Smells great. Taste is bittersweet, sitting on the palate thick, but tart and refreshing. Fine carbonation. Tart and juicy fruit to finish. Nails what it sets out to do.

375ml bottle. Opaque magenta with a pink head. Aroma of raspberries and a touch of vanilla. Taste of sweet and sour jammy tart raspberries, vanilla, hibiscus. Medium bodied. Another beautiful fruited sour from Vault City.

375ml bottle. Pours opaque like orange mango juice, very thick, no head. Aroma of mangoes. Taste is sweet juicy mango puree, pure juice, chillis are initially quite subtle but build to give quite a kick of heat. Medium-full body, really thick for the strength, another stunning fruit sour from VC.

Bottle from Vault City online. It pours a crazy purple with a decent pinky - white head. The aroma is bright and juicy, sweet - sour, crazy jammy, fresh raspberry, light vanilla and victoria sponge cake. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, juicy and bright, sweet - sour, fresh, lovely jammy fruits, vibrant raspberry, light hit of brambles, hibiscus comes through in the taste, vanilla and victoria sponge cake with a tangy raspberry finish. Medium body and fine, velvety carbonation. Plenty of flavour and lovely balance. Incredibly moreish.

Bottle from Vault City online shop. It pours cloudy creamy orange with a thick, fiany white head. The aroma is juicy and tangy, loads of peach, nectarine, apricot, sour candy and sherbet. The taste is juicy and tangy, bright and zingy, sweet - sour, sour peach, apricot, nectarine, sherbert, sour candy and nip of acidity to bring it together. Medium body, fine carbonation and a fairly thick mouth feel for the abv. Love the balance and incredibly high drinkability. Yum.

Bottle, from their new online shop. Pale yellow gold. Light haze. Fine white head is lasting and semi lacing. Nose has orange sherbet. Tinned peach. Woody pineapple core. Apricot yoghurt. Taste is bittersweet, with a nice sherbet tang. Sharp and juicy tang on the palate. Foamy carbonation. Soft, tart bitterness on the finish. Nice one.

Bottle from Vault City. It pours cloudy dirty blonde with a thick, foamy white head .The aroma is bright and juicy, sweet and tangy, fruit salad sweets, splash of lilt, tropical fruit action, twist of citrus, sherbet and peaches & cream. The taste is juicy and right, sweet- sour, puckering, zingy, orange sherbet and sour candy, tropical fruits action, peachy, mango, papaya, some creaminess, um bungo and fruit salad sweets. Finish is tangy and fruity. Medium body and dense foamy carbonation. Nice sweet -sour balance to it, which makes it very drinkable indeed.

330ml bottle: BB 15th Aug 2020, brewed at De Proef Brouwerji in Belgium, by Vault City Brewing. Drank at home on 1st Apr 2020. Poured into a rarely used stemmed tulip glass from Yuengling Brewery. Slight haze to the straw blonde body, white head with lacing. Yeasty, citrusy nose and taste, more lemons and grapefruit than other 'tropical fruits', sour and tart.
