On keg at Brewdog Lothian Rd, Edinburgh. Appearance - murky yellow with hints of brown. Thin head. Nose - elderflower and sour lemon in the same note. Taste - salty asparagus, almost samphire. Intentional or not? Palate - long and lean and tangy throughout. Overall - challenging, original and very good.

Bottle 375ml. @ [ Pre-Borefts tasting 2018 ] by kermis in Kim Jong-Un Buurtcentrum Zaandam, Noord-Holland. [ As Vault City Mango Sour ].Muddy medium orange colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to heavy mango, mango juice, tart, sour. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, tart, sour, mango, mango juice. IMO not much to do with a beer, more like a morning juice - sour morning juice .... but a very tasty one >;0) Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20180920] 7-2-7-3-16

[ As Vault City Strawberry Sour ].Hazy matt medium red colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, strawberry, tart, moderate yeasty, dough, seet yeast, tart fruit - berries. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration, tart, sour, dough, strawberry, tart berries - fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Beaverfest. Keg. Cloudy strawberry colour beer, small apricot colour head. Palate is light and semi dry with decent fine carbonation. Nice light tart strawberry, ripe strawberry and strawberry sherbet. Light finish. Works well.

Beaverfest. Keg. Very hazy yellowish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light malts, light creamy sweetness. Nice fresh orange and grapefruit, tart but never acid. Light crisp minerally finish. Nicely citric.

Bottle from Bow Bar. It pours crazy cloudy orange with a bubbly white head. The aroma is fresh, zingy, sherbet, refreshers, tangerine vibes, sour candy and a but of funk. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, good mouth - pucker, sherbet, grapefruit, tangerine, tropic vibes, sour candy, lactic aspect, kick of acidity and refresher with dry, tart finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Bright, sour and fruity. Fun stuff.

A haze orange golden coloured pour with a a loose sticky white head. Aroma is honey earthy. Light lemon,. Flavour is composed perfume lemon, zippy. Pear, pineapple. Paldts is semi swert, tart, highish carbonation.. Paldts is tart and mild pucker. Ok.

Keg at Beaverex '18, day one, 07/09/18. Murky pineapple juice yellow with a decent off white covering. Nose is tarte citric pissoi, vinegar notes, damp straw, funk. Taste comprises green berry funk, lemon rind, acidic bite, sharp citric flesh, hay bale. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with light background hops and a puckering bite. Decent.
