A murky and light yellow beer, a head is quite big and white. Aroma has grapefruit and spicyness of Strata. Taste has grapefruit, spicyness and some herbs. Medium bodied. Too spicy and not so fruitfull.

Sweetish, stingy hoppy and tropical fruity with some stonefruits, lime, papaya and hints of stuffy notes. A bit unbalanced

Hazy yellow colour, small white head and lace. Grapefruity, danky aroma. Medium-bodied. Grapefruit, dankyness, pine... typical citrusy Simcoe flavour. Ok.

(Keg at CoolHead Taproom, 20251030) The beer poured yellow and opaque. Its head was medium sized, dense, white and it lasted long. Aroma had ripe fruits, citrus fruits, green gooseberry and spiciness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were citrus fruits, herbalness, resin, marmalade and bitterness. Aftertaste had spiciness, resin, sweetness and bitterness. A tasty hoppy brew with full flavours that lasted long.

Smell of tropical fruit, some soap and pine. Opaque yellow colour, high white head. Aroma of tropical fruit, oat, some citrus, a faint of mint. Soft carbon. Hides ABV well. Medium sweet.
