Muddy orange color with big-bubbled white head that goes down quickly. Huh?/Doesn?t really look like a Weizen. Aroma is bananas, okay, spices as well, but smells quite crisp and citrusy as well, but also grains in the back. Not the most balanced aroma. Taste is some bananas and some spices, but also some bready dough and a phenolic booziness towards the end. Maybe its a bit earthy or maybe rubber. Mouthfeel only has hints of the silkiness of a typical Weizen mouthfeel you?d expect. Carbonation is quite crisp. Overall, disappointing. I love Weizen but this one doesn’t cut it at all.

Klares orange braunes Bier mit einer mittelgroßen leicht beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch süß malzig, Karamell. Geschmack süß Röstmalzig, Karamell, leicht hopfig bitter.

Den første på rbhd-samling på Fridtjofen aug-15: lett uklar lys gylden med kort skum. Besk metallisk smak, tynn og med en ubehagelig syre. Heldigvis kort ettersmak. Selv ikke det strålende sommerværet kunne hjelpe.

Shared can on board Fridtjofen 23.08.15. Pale straw colour. White head. Weak aroma of grass and dusty cellar. Some citrus bitterness. Dry malt and sweetness of dried fruits in taste. Medium aftertaste.

Shared 500 ml can at local tasting. Pale golden colour, small white head. Weak aroma, some sweetish notes, a hint av citrus. Fairly refreshing flavour, some sweetness, a little hops, no masterpiece but drinkable.

Heller getreidiger, ansonsten sehr wässriger Antrunk. Könnte Kölsch sein, hell herb, trocken, langweilig. Kurzer süffiger Abgang. 7/6/9/6/7/6

Pours a clear golden color, topped with a fine white frothy head. Average retention. Mild aroma, some grainy feel and grassy hop notes. Taste starts sweet, light body with some grassy hops and average bitterness in teh finish. Drinkable and decently enjoyable.

Golden color with a fine white head. Nice lacing. A bit sweet malty and herbal aroma. Medium body and an average carbonation. Tad sweet and a moderate bitterness. Tad sweet malty, grainy and herbal hoppy flavor. Nah not my pale lager.

Klare goldene Farbe, schöne große weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch nach billigem Hopfen, muffig. Geschmack muffig malzig, unangenehm hopfig, gar nicht gut!

Klare blassgelbe Farbe, große weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch süß, Limonade, wässrig. Geschmack süß nach Limonade, kein Biergeschmack, wässrig, nicht gut!
