Aroma is light to moderate malty, pale malt, moderate herbs, grass. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, vegetables, herbs. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130810]

Wenig herber Antrunk, süßliches Malz. Dann mild karamellig, röstig. Die Malzigkeit verstärkt sich zum Ende weiter, das Bier bleibt süffig, es fehlt aber der letzte Schliff des zum Ende metallern wirkenden Alt Bieres. 9/9/8/8/8/9

330ml bottle. Pours dark gold with a small head. Aroma is mostly corn with a little straw. Taste is sweet to start with corn on the finish.

Draught, 5,4% at BBF13. Metallic aroma. Clear amber colour. Small white head. The flavour is metallic and sugary. Not foul, but not very good either.

Draught @ BBF13. Pours clear amber with small white head. Clear aroma of malt and honey. Sweet flavour of honey with a good deal of malt and a touch of molasses. Lingering, rough and sweetish aftertaste. Not my favourite honey beer.

Bügelverschlußflasche(from the local wholefood-shop "Bioladen"): Hazy, amber coloured, no real head to speak of, fruity traces (of infection?) in the delicately malty and hoppy nose; mild sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied and relatively soft; short and very mild sweet-bitter finish. Very poor quality…
