Bottle(fortunately only 0.33l): Clear, pale greenish golden, rapidly collapsing loose white head, sweetish-bitterish nose, mainly papery aromas detectable; light to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied and pretty soft; slightly drier and more bitter in the short finish. Still drinkable, but no challenge…

Dull light amber color. The aroma is sweet, with some fruits, ripe prunes, ripe apples, light fruit acidity. Round mouthfeel; it’s a well sweet mead, with sugary flavor, some fruit syrup (most likely fruit was used here), grape juice; no flaws.
Quite easy, but pleasing sweet drink.

Dark brown color with small head. Smell of old beer, some oxidisation, soil, chestnut honey. Dry mouthfeel, caramel flavor, followed by light sweetness; the bitterness is medium-low; it has a earthy feeling, and metallic too.
Old now, but it has never been good.

(bottle, 33cl) Clear, effervescent, pale golden coloured hue with a big and blond foamy head. Quite discreet aroma, slightly doughy malty with a grainy touch. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a tame carbonation. Slightly sticky grainy malty taste; sweet and shy bitter hoppy finish. Dismissed! 10.II.13
