Vollmundiger Geruch nach Früchten (u.a. Pfirsich), dezent säuerlich, etwas scharf, wenig oxidiert. Wenig aber dennoch füllend säuerlich, die Früchte sind hier weniger als im Geruch vorhanden, verfeineern das Ganze aber deutlich. Ausgewogen, die säuerlich wird zum Ende hin deutlich stärker, hier lässt sich erahnen, wie sauer das Bier vor der Lagerung gewesen sein muss. Vollmundigsäuerlich-weicher Abgang, im Nachgeschmack schnell ausgleitend. Wenig fruchtig nach Pfirsich. Nettes Berliner Weisse. Vielen Dank an kaplldav123 für dieses alte Stück! -/11/11/12/10/11

Bottled. Clear nut brown, faint head. Roasty spicy nose. Dryish, medium bodied, clean rounded mouthfeel. Mildly buttery and fruity, marked roastiness. Some spicy bitterness.

Bottled. Cloudy golden, lively creamy head. Aroma of banana and lemon. Mid dry with well rounded mouuthfeel and medium body. Plenty of bubblegum phenols, a bit soapy with candyish banana flavour. No bitterness. A fairl solid weizen.
