The bottle looks terrible, very much like a cheap beer. The beer in the glass not very zippy, not much foam. Smelly like cake. Tastes moldy, modest sourish and grasy, earthy finish. Not a good beer!

(33cl bottle) Clear, pale golden colour, with a fluffy white foam. Grassy hoppy nose with herbal elements and a light malty sweetness in the wings. Bitter flavour, light t medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Strong cardboard-malty taste with grassy and herbal hops; dry but nevertheless pretty sticky, papery finish with grassy hops. Tastes like an industry-made German Pilsener (29.IX.08).

Had an old bottle of this - price marked on the crown cap - 0,50 DM. No best before date on the bottle. Nothings written about the brewery, but : brewed in Berlin Weissensee. The beer in the glass cloudy, zippy-sourish aroma. Tastes fruity-sourish, notes of apricots, peachs. Sourishness a bit weeker in the finish. Very good!

Bottle, 4.9%. Clear golden colour, OK white head. The flavour is a bit grainy and quite bready. Not too old, but possibly skunked.
