(Bottle 50 cl) Clear orangey brown with an off-white head. Aroma of roasted malt and brown sugar. Rather solid body, a little low in carbonation but a huge, roasted maltiness as well as notes of overripe fruit and nuts. Basically no bitterness. Excellent. 030608

Bottle (333ml): Pale golden, smaller white foamy layer with a little lace; dry grassy-hoppy nose with a tinge of cooked vegetables; moderate, nearly dry bitter flavour supported by a faint sweetness, light to medium bodied; short, dry, soft and bitter finish, balanced by a pale-malty sweetness. Not unpleasant...........

Bottle. Pours a rather pale golden, clear body with a small, white head. Fruity, slightly grainy nose with some resin-like hoppyness. Thin, more or less watery in the mouth with flavors of yellow apples, pears and a little hoppy bitterness. Short hop-bitter finish. It is not undrinkable, but utterly boring, and a waste of ingredients. On the positive side, it’s not as grainy as expected, but that doesn’t mean I’m gonna repeat it. (080330)

(33cl bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a loose, mid-sized foamy white head. Grassy hoppy nose with a light-sweet strawy malty touch. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a crispy mouthfeel. Soft malty base with herbal and slightly grassy hoppy notes; dry and moderately bitter finish with a present, most of all herbal hop-character. Clean and likeable Pilsener in the northern German style (15.03.08).

The bottle looks like a cheap beer, the beer in the glass is okay. Tastes spicy and artificial sweet. An average beer!

The bottle looks like a cheap beer. The beer in the glass is okay. Flavor is much too dry and hard, not really balanced. Not a good beer.
