Test vom 9.4.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 6,3,4,1,3,3 - 3,15

I drank this beer in Granada, Spain, about 2 years ago. It was waiting for me to rate it, after somebody had entered it in the database. Ok, it took me a while to enter my rating as well. Clear golden color, short head. Aroma of some hop, bit spicy and sweet hemp, bit grainy. Hoppy taste, easy to drink. Not bad.

Bottle (from Pforzheim?). Golden colour. Stable white head. Medium bitterness and OK hop aromatic flavour. Very clean. Flowery aroma hops.

Widerlich! Test vom 5.8.2006, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 9,1,3,2,12,2

Hazy light amber color. The aroma has some malt and cheese. The taste as well has some malt roundness, quite bold bitterness. Quite ordinary, the off-taste (cannabis) is very light.

Bottled(330ml). -my friend bought this beer in East Berlin, pale golden coloured, soapy white head which lasts only for a few seconds, bready, slight malty and faint hoppy aroma, not so pleasant bitter dry finish, except the name and label this is quite ordinary brew

Canned(500ml). -golden coloured, medium airy head, mild bready and faint hoppy aroma, watery metalic finish, ordinary supermarket beer with too high price that’s about 1euro

0.5l can courtesy of ozujsko (thanks!). Yet another supermarket beer made by some unknown brewery or is it ? It poured a nice golden colour with a huge thick white head. Impressive. Interesting herbal nose with hints of lemon and honey. Could this actually be good ? Not really, but it isn’t bad at all. A persistant underlying bitterness carries well into the aftertaste, slightly crude, but nice and chewy. However, there are precious few other things to taste here. Some faint honeyish malt and some basic (and not too nice) lemon. Definitely not a stunner, but one of the best supermarket beers I’ve had.

(Bottle 50 cl) 5.1% ABV on my bottle. Golden, handsome looking beer with a tall, creamy almost cappuchino-like head. Very, very soft and smooth with a pronounced malty sweetness and almost no bitterness. But loads of aromatic hop notes. A very delicious contract brewed Export. 050103
