Well balanced but probably less flare than the Sweet Spot they have. Pours black without much head or lacing. Roast and dark chocolate. Tap at brewpub.

Pretty superior. Lots of hops, citrus, orange. Honey kind of mellows things out here - bittersweet finish. Puts an interesting texture on the beer like Water Monitor tongues in the Everglades. Tap at brewery.

Passion fruit and some mango. Lime. Golden pour with ok head and lacing. Bitter and sour finish. Very fruity like the iguanas didn't just destroy your Miami garden. Tap at brewery.

I liked this better than the Pillow Talk. Really fresh, almost minty hops here and good balance in the mouth. Amber pour with good head. Some pine infusion here like the tree invaded the tropics. Bitter finish. Tap at brewery.

Candied apple and mango on the nose. Pours hazy orange with good head and lacing. Bitter finish. Decent stuff, with bitter finish like local alligators getting swallowed whole by Burmese pythons in the Everglades, and a little astringency. Tap at brewery.
