Brewery draught, 1/18/25.
Clear, dark amber. Small head.
Rich malts showcasing toffee and vanilla with a round fruitiness and moderate barrel character. Mellow and well-aged, it seems. No booze.
Rich and malty, lots of mellow bourbon and deep, toffee-rich maltiness with no alcohol noted. Checks all the boxes of the top tier BA stuff, though maybe just a touch sweet.

Clear, pale gold. Small, white head.
Not a mega-hoppy rendition, rather a more yeast and malt-focused one. Mellow, with light to moderate bitterness, dried herbs and plentiful honey and white bread-like maltiness. Some interesting cellar/mustiness from the yeast. Clean, appropriately attenuated.

Pour is a dark amber with a small white head. Aroma is rye bread and caramel. Flavor is spice rye with sweet molasses and some leathery roughness around the edges. Tasty but one is about all you need.

Pour is a clear red-amber with a smallish white head. Aroma is nuts and sweet crystal malt. Flavor is a heavy malt bill of crystal malt, caramel and toffee. Finish leaves a roasted nut on the tongue. Flavorful and heavy, sweet in some places and nutty in others.

On tap at the brewery. Cloudy golden with medium white head. Malty, grainy, somewhat grassy, tad sweet, vague bitterness in finish. Light to medium bodied.

Pour is a crystal clear amber with a large white head. Aroma is a not sweet caramel malt with citrus hops. Flavor is all the bitter C hops with some citrus and again a caramel but not sweet malt backbone. Sierra Nevada pale ale clone here.

Pour is a clear amber with a large white head. Aroma is campfire wood smoke. Flavor is the same. Lots of smoke but not a total bacon bomb like some others beers in this style. This is more of a gentile smokey note with a rich malt base. This might be a nice beer for those looking to try this style for the first time.

Pour is a clear bronze with a large white head. Aroma is of a slightly toasted grainy malt. Flavor is pretty much the same. Grain is a glass with a little caramel sweetness on the back end. Not something that is going to wow you but a nice patio beer.

Pour is a clear gold with a large white head. Aroma is green hop with bready malt. Flavor is a bit sweet but then you get some herbal fresh hop blast. Decent hybrid lager/IPA here.

Pour is a cloudy yellow with a large white head. Aroma is a green onion bomb. Flavor is passion fruit with more green onion. Finish is dry but bitter on the swallow. Lots of onion with this one, not that that is a bad thing.
