Translucent yellow straw coloured pour with a fibe white head. Aroma is subdued, light rustic grains, hint of lemon. Flavour is composed of light straw, grainy, semi sweet, light custard / lemon curd note. Palate is semi crisp, some sweetness, highish carbonation. Light carbonic avid finish.
