Ein Bier, das mir wieder einmal zeigt, dass auch Tschechien das beste dunkle 🕶️ Bier kommt. Man bekommt ein aromatisches Bad der röstmalzigen Aromen, wobei man merkt, dass das Malz nicht zu sehr geröstet würde und man genau die richtige Süße bekommt. Si bekommt man die perfekte Balance ⚖️ aus würziger Süffigkeit und spritzigen Aromenspiel. Ein wirklich ausgezeichnetes Bier! 🍻

Tap at the Prague castle fest. Murky golden-orange body, white head. Peppery, phenolic, slightly odd aroma. Empty wheaty taste, light phenolic touches, light bitterness. Okay really in many ways for what it is.
