Offering unique hop-forward ales, crisp lagers, barrel-aged rarities and one of the Northwest’s most extensive wild & sour programs, Block 15 produces a range of artfully crafted beers, brewed with a nod toward fresh ingredients and fresh thinking.

We began serving up fine beer and food at our downtown Corvallis brewpub in 2008, and have since opened up a European-style pub—Caves Bier & Kitchen—as well as the Block 15 Brewery & Tap Room in south Corvallis. We are proud to have remained brewer-owned from day one.

Our 20bbl production brewery, built in 2015 and located in the shadow of the coastal range in south Corvallis, is the workhorse of our brewing operations. In addition to an increased-capacity brewhouse, our production brewery houses custom-designed Uni-tanks, a custom-fabricated mixing tank, a Meheen bottling line, and a Wild Goose canning line.

Bottle at the source, shared with staff. Hazy to cloudy golden yellow color, almost still. Aroma of cherry lemon subtle raspberry. Taste is lightly tart raspberry edge of cherry light tannins. Tasty

Draft sample at the source, courtesy of staff. Printed menu said 7.8%abv, but the board said 12.3% and staff thought it was the higher of the two. Woof. Deep clear royal purple color. Nice aroma of mixed binous berries. Taste is softly sour raspberry cherry lemon, light tannins. Very tasty

Draft at the source. Opaque maroon brown color dense beige head. Nice aroma of malted milk balls. Taste is rich thick earthy dark cacao with a shot of espresso, like a chocolate milkshake redeye. Delicious

16 oz. can, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle grassiness and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is crisp, with a nice grassiness, crisp biscuity malt, and gentle bitterness on the finish. Crisp, gently bitter. Solid.

16 oz. can, pours a crystal clear golden with a medium white head. Aroma brings out plenty of oily piney hops, citrus pith, some resins, and light biscuity malt to back. Flavour is bright, with lots of piney and resinous hops, sweet citrus, and some crisp biscuity malt. Finishes spicy, piney, bitter, and crisp, with just enough sweet malt to hold it in check. Real nice spicy, piney hop finish. Excellent.
