About

Godne polecenia

Hazy amber beer, tidy cream colour head. Palate is smooth and semi dry with decent fine carbonation. Caramel streaked smooth malts, light malt cream. Mildly spicy orange and orange peel. Touch of lemon in the light and mildly hop spicy finish. A little on the caramel side but it’s not bad at all.

Bottle @ home. Opaque very dark brown to black color, small to average sized beige to light brown head that diminishes fairly quickly. Aroma is malts, dark malts, a hint of coffee and coffee roast. Taste malts, lightly some roasted malts, malt bitter initially but after a while there’s also a slight sweetish note in there. Decent body, soft carbonation. Decent stout.

Citra and Simcoe hops. Hazy gold beer, good cream colour head. Palate is airy and mildly dry. Decent fine carbonation. Smooth malts with thin cream and this seemingly common Polish IPA trait of a little milky sweetness. Hops are orange, marmalade, hop spice and a little pine. Touch of grapefruit. Citric peel bitterness and light tangerine. Light semi dry finish. A bit sweet but nicely hoppy.

Very hazy amber beer, good cream colour head. Smooth palate, semi dry. Reasonable fine carbonation. Soft sweet creamy caramel malts. Smooth piney hops, ripe fruits. Little orange peel and mild hop spice. Smooth finish sees the hop spice getting stronger. A sweet double IPA for sure but it goes down easy.

Hazy gold beer, short white head. Smooth palate, slightly viscous, modest fine carbonation. Sweet silky malts, touch of lactose like sweetness. Spicy mid. Smooth piney hops, modest citric peel underneath. Smooth spicy finish. Bitterish linger. Flaccid palate and a little sweet but fairly drinkable.

500ml bottle. Hazy, dark amber colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Herbal and floral, slightly resinous, citrusy and grassy hoppy aroma, notes of peppermint, a touch of menthol. Taste is bitter hoppy, grassy-herbal-floral, hints of peppermint, a touch of menthol, caramel malty background.

Almost clear amber beer, bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light, mildly dry and has modest fine carbonation. Strong caramel malts, mild cream and lactose like sweetness. Ripe orange hops and a little pine. Smooth finish. Drinkable but too malty for an IPA.

Very hazy amber beer, good cream colour head. Palate is light, fairly dry and has modest fine carbonation. Caramel malts with thin creamy sweetness. Light floralness turning slightly bitter. Touches of bitterish marmalade and lemon. Light finish with a floral bitter linger. Not bad just a little maltier than I like my IPAs.
