22-03-18 // 500ml on tap at the brewpub, served in a Stein, #notproperglassware. But the beer is surprisingly good. Hazy light orange. Mild hoppy nose. Taste of malty, caramel backbone and then hop aromas of Mandarina Bavaria, citrus and grassy notes. Solid bitterness. With 4.9% quite a light IPA but its full bodied. Dunkler, cremig süßer Beginn. Weich würzig, die Süße stört mit der Zeit. Steigend karamellig, einen Ticken herb. Zu hohe Restsüße, mittellanger, süß-würziger Nachhall. 10/10/11/10//10

On tap at the brewpub. A clear orange brown beer with a mid-sized good lasting beige head. Aroma of strong reddish malt, hints of caramel and nuts. Taste of strong red malt, caramelish malt, toffee, traces of liqourice, okay.

27-01-18 // on tap at the brewpub in Mainz. Unfiltered amber brown. Small head. Aroma of sweet malts, some honey and caramel. Minimal bitterness. Smooth.

23-11-17 // draft at the brewpub. Clear amber golden. Mild sweet malty nose. Sweet malty in the beginning. Some caramel and honey. Than a mild hop bitter end. Super smooth.

On tap at the Mainz Einheits-Bürgerfest. Pale, golden color, with a big, frothy, off-white head. The nose is butterscotch, walnuts, vanilla, and candy orange slices. Very sweet and syrupy, with a bit of hop bitterness. This is a fairly big, syrupy, and malty märzen. Good balance, and very drinkable.

On tap at the brewpub. Trübes orange goldenes Bier mit einer mittelgroßen beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch phenolisch fruchtig, Nelke. Geschmack ist angenehm würzig, nelkig, hefig, okay!

18-11-16 // on tap at the brewpub in Mainz. Quite okay. Dark beer with small to meidum sized head. Light roast malts, pretty light chocolate. Bit watery. Still light creamy texture.
