[ As Hopium John Coffi ].Clear dark red brown color with a average, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, coffee, vegetables, green hops. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, vegetable coffee, coffee, dusty, dark malt, vegi coffee. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. Draught at Jabeerwocky, part of a sample paddle. On March 1, 2016.Hazy brown color, very small teal head. Cherry, tart taste. Tart, fruity, artificial cherry and cinnamon aftertaste. Medium to flat mouthfeel, low bitterness. Cinnamon, cherry scent.
