Bottle, 0.33l. Aroma of tropical fruit, overripe fruit, yeast, a bit of sweat and flowers. Pours cloudy pale golden color with large frothy white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts mild sweet and sour grainy, following is faint fruity and honeyish, mouthfeel is mild spicy, while finish is medium grassy bitter. Light to medium body, texture and average carbonation in palate. No real potential for this one...

Bottle, 0.33l. Hazy orange pour, two finger frothy white head. Very good retention, long lasting. Nice lacing on the glass. Nose is hoppy and herbal, notes of lime and pine. Thin body, medium carbonation. Average mouthfeel and texture. Balanced taste, medium bitternes with slight fruity tart. Aroma as the nose, hoppy and herbal, grassy notes, lime and pine. Mild caramel malts in the background. Herbal peppery touch. Regular finish with lingering mild bitterness. Overall, simple and refreshing. Nothing spectacular, but nicely balanced thirst quencher. Good.

Bottle, 0.33l. Hazy pale golden pour, one finger creamy white head. Pretty good retention and lacing. Hops on the nose, clean and refreshing, citrus and grassy notes. Mostly thin body, high carbonation. Average texture, fizzy mouthfeel. Taste is combination of bitter and sour, bitterness prevailing. A bit unbalanced, actually. Aroma of caramel malts, grassy hops, citrus fruits and herbs. Notes of coriander. Feels somewhat acidic. There is this bitterness dominating the taste, feels a bit harsh and off-placed.. Kills the aroma, which is a shame. Medium finish, bitter and peppery. Overall, drinkable but unbalanced. Too much of the wrong kind of bitterness here. Hopefully next batches will be better.

Bottle, 0.33l. Hazy golden pour, minimal off-white layer on top. Decent lacing. Nice on the nose, good hop character, fresh, fruity and herbal. Thin to medium body, medium carbonation. Prickly, fizzy mouthfeel. Balanced bittersweet taste with slight fruity tart. Aroma follows the nose, subtle caramel malt in the background, grassy hops, herbs. Nicely fruity with notes of tropical fruits, mostly mango. Citrus tart. Slightly dry mouthfeel. Short finish, mildly bitter and a bit sour. Overall, pretty good. Much better then Ressel 09. Maybe it's better choice of hops or the 09 wasn't as fresh as it should be. In any case, this one is a good thirst quencher.

Bottle, 0.33l. Hazy golden pour, thin off-white layer on top, short lasting. Slight lacing. Not so fresh on the nose, malt, wet hay, cardboard, grassy hops. Medium body, medium carbonation. Ok texture, decent thickness. Bittersweet taste, a bit off-balanced. Doesn't seem fresh, to be honest. Caramel malts prevail, a bit too much on the sweet side. Grains, wet hay, stale grassy hops, cardboard. Bland and watery. No real fruity character beside slight citrus tart. Herbal peppery finish. Overall, quite mediocre. Drinkable, but not something I'd go back to.

On tap @ D’Burger Food truck. Aroma of citrus, grass, biscuit and bubblegum. Pours cloudy amber color with thin creamy white head and soft visible carbonation. Taste starts mild sweet malty, following is citrusy and grassy, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is dry and bitter. Light to medium body, creamy texture and soft carbonation in palate. Ressel 10 doesn’t deserve a 10, but it’s certainly adequate summer refreshment...
