On draft at Tap 25. It pours a pale orange/gold color with an off white head. The aroma has mango, melon and peach. The flavor has good resin and earthiness. Hints of bread with big fruity hop profile. Nice and drinkable for a big hoppy beer. A bit too much resin in the finish, but otherwise very pleasant.

On draft at Tap 25. It pours a light golden orange color with an off white head. The aroma has some light honey notes with peach, papaya and pineapple. The flavor has a bit more spicy hop character with some sweeter notes of tropical fruit .Papaya and peach jump out. Medium bitterness with some spice and resin. Good flavor.

Tap at the tap room. Pours golden amber with a white head. Aroma is light stone fruit, citrus and rye spice. Med + body. Flavor is light stone fruit, citrus, light caramel, definite rye spice; it’s a bit dank. Tasty, finishing fruity and bitter.

Tap at the tasting room. Pours dark brown with a beige head. Aroma is mostly chocolate. Med + body. Flavor is dark malt, dank, good amount of hop, hints of chocolate. Finishes towards dry and quite bitter. Excellent session ale.

Tap. Pours hazy pale Amber, medium creamy beige head, nice lacing. Aroma is really solid, dank, tropical, a bit sweaty, mango, passionfruit, pine. Flavor follows, light sweet, light bitter, dank, tropical and fruity, not watery. Not harsh. Medium light body. Solid offering from Bike Dog.

Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours amber with a beige head. Aroma of down under fruits! Med body. Flavor is hop forward - fruits of the south, citrus, earthy, mild caramel support. Suddenly seems very mosaic. Finishes very bitter. More IPA than APA IMHO.

Bomber from the Nugget in Woodland, CA. Pours translucent gold with a creamy white head. Aroma of hop and malt, but nothing suggesting particular hops. Med ++ body. Flavor is hoppy and has a nice caramel backbone. The hop isn’t pungent, and seems to be floral with a touch of citrus. But there is very strong hop. I’m thinking I’m perceiving a hop burn. Not strong, but... Then there’s a wave of thick, sweet, light malt. A lot of flavor in this ale. Let’s call it well balanced. Let’s enjoy the large amount of hop. Let’s say it’s a very nice ale.

Pours dark amber approaching brown with a beige head. Aroma - citrus and/or pine. Med body. Flavor is earthy, pine over very lightly toasted malt. Finishes not too bitter, well towards dry, and earthy. Good drink.
